01 - Preheat the oven to 325°F.
02 - Remove all packaging from the ham and place it cut side down in a foil-lined roasting pan.
03 - Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife, avoiding cutting too deeply.
04 - Combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves in a small saucepan. Warm gently over low heat, stirring until smooth.
05 - Brush one-third of the glaze evenly over the ham and cover loosely with foil.
06 - Bake for 1 hour, basting with additional glaze every 30 minutes.
07 - Remove foil, brush remaining glaze over the ham, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes until caramelized and bubbly.
08 - Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
