01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing its surface.
02 - Carefully arrange the salmon fillets onto the prepared baking sheet, placing them skin-side down if your fillets retain the skin.
03 - Evenly drizzle the olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the top surface of each salmon fillet.
04 - Generously sprinkle the minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, fresh parsley, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper over the salmon.
05 - Adorn each fillet with a few slices of lemon.
06 - Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked through, opaque in the center, and flakes easily with a fork.
07 - Remove the salmon from the oven and allow it to rest for approximately 2 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with additional fresh lemon wedges and herbs.
