01 - Roll lemons on a flat surface to soften, then halve and juice them to obtain about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
02 - Combine lemon juice and sugar in a large pitcher, stirring vigorously until sugar is fully dissolved.
03 - Pour in cold water and blend thoroughly. Adjust sweetness according to preference.
04 - Serve beverage over ice cubes, optionally garnishing with lemon slices or mint leaves.
