01 - Whisk together flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl until combined.
02 - Beat eggs in separate bowl, then whisk in milk and vanilla extract.
03 - Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry, whisking until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
04 - Let batter rest at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour for tender crepes.
05 - Heat nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly brush with melted butter.
06 - Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan, swirling to coat thinly. Cook 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden.
07 - Flip crepe and cook 30 seconds more. Transfer to plate and keep warm.
08 - Continue with remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
09 - Stack crepes, drizzle generously with honey, garnish with berries and powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
