# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef or chicken, breaking it apart with a spoon. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the meat. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
