01 - Combine milk, ice cubes, sugar, vanilla bean seeds or extract, and pudding mix in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
02 - In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar using a whisk or hand mixer until soft peaks form. The cream should hold its shape when lifted.
03 - Pour blended frappuccino into two chilled glasses. Top each glass with a generous dollop of prepared whipped cream. Serve immediately with straws while cold.
